STEPHEN HOWALD

Stephen is a dedicated and empowered Mental Health professional who has made a lasting difference to hundreds of individuals and families throughout his career. Stephen has led the Child Protection and Out-of-Home-Care organisation Intensive Support P/L for over Two decades. Stephen has worked as a Psychosocial leader with the NDIS since 2016. Stephen is a Director at Intensive Support  since 2003. Stephen brings extensive experience in the field of Psychosocial Recovery Coach, Mental Health Crisis Support and Core Supports.

CHARLIE DANE

Charlie is the service manager at Intensive Support and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service. Charlie is an up-and-coming service professional who has Ten years experience working as a Mentor and NDIS Psychosocial Support Worker. Charlie is currently completing a Bachelor of Social Work and has completed a Certificate IV in youth-work. 

CINDY MILES 

CINDY is the managing director at Intensive Support. Bringing personal and unique insights to service delivery, Cindy draws on her lived experience of mental illness as a carer. Cindy believes that sharing stories and perspectives fosters empathy and helps reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, encouraging greater understanding and support for individuals and their families.Cindy brings extensive experience to the role having worked in the community as a support worker, both with families and children and with NDIS psychosocial disability participants.
